Fawn Lily Dress by Rock the Stitch for Willow & Co.

You won't believe the adorableness I have for you today!
I'm sure you have hear of Willow & Co.  It is a pattern collective of several
pattern designers. The Spring/Summer 14 Wunderlust collection is released.

The beautiful Rebecca of Rock the Stitch asked me to pattern test
the Fawn Lilly Dress/Tunic pattern.
Rebecca is an amazing seamstress.  I am ecstatic to be selected for this opportunity.

The Fawn Lily is all about options.  Let's break it down.

Lengths: Tunic, above the knee, below the knee
Bodice:  Button yoke or cross over
Skirt:  Ruffle, pleat or a-line
Pockets: inseam or patch
Difficulty: Beginner Intermediate

I say this is a beginner intermediate pattern only because of one step:  attaching the sleeves.
The sleeves have a clean finish, which requires manipulation of the dress.
Don't let that scare you away!  This dress is perfect and well worth the effort for a clean finish.

The pattern instructions are very clear.  Intensive measurement charts, glossary of stitches and techniques, picture for every sewing step, and printing assembly charts are included.

The Fawn Lily pulls over the head; no zippers!

Check her out! She receives countless number of winks and smiles when she wears this dress.

You can tell me she's perfect.

My favorite picture of all
